Device    Features: The horn resonator (upper) ultrasonic combined with the fixed resonator (lower) ultrasonic; High frequency combined with low frequency. Two types of ultrasonic cleaning system both work. Electrical control parts: PLC controller, central & individual control. Cleaning Method: Horn Resonator & Fixed Resonator, two types of ultrasonic cleaning device both working. The horn resonator is cleaning by traveling. Horn resonator is installed under the upper of cleaning tank, is used to cleaning up the top surface of works. Fixed resonator is fixed under the bottom of cleaning tank,is used to cleaning up the back side of spinneret. The control cabinet is used to control the cleaning device operation, display equipment running status，place the ultrasonic generator. Generator part : using high speed embedded processor; DDS digital frequency synthesis technology to keep frequency precise and stable and tracking in time. Combined type ultrasonic cleaning device for Rectangular Spinneret: Purpose：The purpose of this equipment to remove the melted resin which is in the φ1mm or less holes of each parts of spin pack by Ultrasonic after using the spin pack for operation and disassembling. |
