Device      Take model B:NFU-1530D-R as example for some features. Cleaning ability: 4 spinnerets can be cleaned at the same time in this equipment. Cleaning method: It is cleaned by horn resonator,and the spinneret is rotating at all the cleaning time. Horn resonator is installed under the upper of cleaning tank,is used to cleaning up the top surface of works. Because the dimension between bottom of horn and top surface of work is so small(3-5mm),In order to load/unload the spinneret by fastly. We have designed a push-pull device for the horn.It can remove the horn from the scope of spinneret. Due to the working surface of horn resonator is small(230×25mm), so it is necessary to install a rotating device for spinneret。 The control cabinet is used to control the cleaning device operation, display equipment running status. Generator part : using high speed embedded processor; DDS digital frequency synthesis technology to keep frequency precise and stable and tracking in time. The communication function is to set the programmer and to adjust the frequency, power, time, working mode, etc. |
